Maintainer Needed in the White Cap District Columbus Mountain This section starts at the Chairback Gap Lean-to and goes to the West Chairback Pond tote road for a total distance of 1.7 miles. Access to the section is from the West Chairback Pond tote road. A maintainer is expected to visit his or her section 2 to 3 times a year, clearing blowdowns, cutting back bushes, painting blazes and cleaning water bars. Onsite training will be provided.
