Help Replace the Katahdin Stream Bridge in Baxter State Park
June 1 - June 3
Volunteers are needed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Wednesdays during the first three weeks of June (June 1–3, 8–10, and 15–17).
Work will include:
- Hiking tools and materials in and out of the site
- Setting up rigging systems
- Operating Griphoists
- Timber preparation
- Bridge demolition
This is a physically demanding project that involves strenuous hiking and heavy labor.
