Avery Campsite Tool Haul Out

We’re building a new privy at the Avery Memorial campsite . The tools were helicoptered in on August 7th, and after the privy is built (August 9-11), we need to haul out the tools. The hike access to the campsite is 4.0 miles with 2,670 feet of elevation gain, one-way. We will hike up with big, mostly empty packs, and hike down with tools. We’ll also get to check out the new privy!
