The Personnel Subcommittee, a subcommittee of the Governance Committee, has an immediate opening.
- The Personnel Subcommittee is responsible for the implementation of MATC Personnel Policies and Procedures.
- This subcommittee is composed of three members who are appointed by the chair of the Governance Committee.
- It meets twice a year, in mid-winter to review the job performance of the Club Coordinator and make a recommendation regarding salary, in late fall to review recommendations from the Maine Trail Crew Committee and the CARE (Ridgerunner) Committee regarding salaries for seasons employees, and on an as-needed basis when there are personnel issues or recommendations for policy reviews.
